A 6-wheel automated blast system - fed by an overhead chain conveyor - utilizes steel shot blasting medium and can provide a near-white bare metal finish.

Our powder coat process starts with a 5-stage stainless steel wash process to chemically remove laser scale and prepare the bare metal for optimum coating adhesion.
