Batch Prep & Powder Coating

Parts that are too large for our automated prep and coating systems, or that require manual processing for any other reason, can be efficiently handled by our batch prep and powder coating systems. Because of our large 15’ x 50’ batch blast and spray booths, oversize pieces can easily be coated.

  • Maximum Part Size: 10' x 12' x 38'

  • Steel grit media blast is ideal for cleaning large items or for small custom runs

  • The wash system utilizes a zinc phosphate wash to inhibit rust

  • The batch spray booth is equipped with advanced spray equipment for optimum results, and the batch curing oven bakes the coating at up to 500 degrees for a hard, durable finish
