PLATE & SHEET PROCESSING

From small custom orders to large production runs of specialty pieces, our metalworking systems do it all with ease and
efficiency. Complex shapes and precision machining are no problem for these powerful workhorses. ESM offers a full
range of finishing capabilities for plate and sheet processing, including rolling/shaping of curved surfaces, shearing, welding,
and fasteners installation. Other value-added services are available including drilling, tapping, counter-sinking, etc. No matter

LASER & PUNCH AUTOMATION CELL

When it comes to efficient production in precision laser cutting, ESM's state-of-the-art automated laser and punch cell is
unmatched in performance. This high output system handles the material from start to finish and, once programmed, can
operate virtually unattended. The hands-free operation of this system enables quick, safe and efficient production with
inimal down time. The automated features of the Laser and Punch Automation Cell include the Tower Loader, which houses
the sheet material, and the multiple Staging Tables, which manage the infeed and outfeed from the laser and punch work-
stations.

STRUCTURAL STEEL PROCESSING

Most structural steel fabrication orders require a number of finishing steps, including cutting to size, punching and rolling.
ESM utilizes top-of-the-line structural steel machines in all areas. Whether cutting, punching or rolling, we have the right
equipment. A key component of our structural steel working capability is our Line Drilling System, which utilizes a high
speed drilling headfor accurate and consistent hole diameters. The metal stock is secured on a 50 foot worktable and
the drilling head moves horizontally along the length of the table, driven by CNC programming ensure precise, repeatable
hole placement.

WELDING

Many of the products we manufacture require specialized welding and nobody is better at it than ESM. We offer all types
of production and custom welding, including TIG, MIG and Arc welding, with AWS Certified welders and quality inspectors
on staff. From round-to-square (including hoppers) and square-to-round transitions, we can do it all.

WET COAT PAINTING

For applications that require wet coat painting, from small batch components to large custom weldments, ESM can apply
all types of primers, industrial enamels and epoxy coatings.

ESM's expert staff includes several full-time draftsmen. With many years of fabrication experience, our draftsmen can
assist with production drafting, along with product design that makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint.
